It is important that we partner with medical professionals who have the necessary qualifications and credentials to provide quality, safe and compassionate medical care to our community.
Our credentialing process
Our rigorous credentialing process follows federal and state regulatory requirements. We assure that privileges are only granted to qualified providers by verifying education, training, licensure and competence.
If you have questions or concerns about physician credentialing, please contact our Medical Staff Office. To electronically submit forms and complete our data entry process, login to the credentialing portal.
Employee health
We offer preemployment screenings and employee ergonomics resources at the Medical Office Building. Parking is available in the garage across the street from the hospital. Enter the attached building and take the elevator to the third floor to access the sky bridge. Once you cross the sky bridge to the hospital, follow the hallway, go up the ramp and immediately take the hallway on your left. You will exit that hallway into the Medical Office Building. Take the elevator up to the third floor.

The human resources department is located on the third floor in the large, brick mill building across the street from the hospital. Please use the south entrance. Parking is available in front of the building. Use these driving directions to the human resources department building to help you find your way to us.

Our Patient Transfer Center facilitates 24-hour inpatient-to-inpatient and emergency-to-inpatient transfers. This provides smooth coordination and continuity of care for all involved. We invite you to provide feedback regarding our emergency services (EMS).
