Participating insurance plans
We accept all forms of government insurance from the U.S., Canada and other countries. We also accept Medicare, Medicaid, Civilian Health and Medical Program of the Uniformed Services (CHAMPUS) and workers compensation.
Advance care planning
Advance directives are legal documents that allow you to give directions for your future medical care. Advance directives help you protect your right to request or refuse care.
Patient rights and responsibilities
We respect the dignity and pride of each individual we serve. We want our patients to be informed of their rights, responsibilities and have access to contacts for complaints and grievances.
Information and guidance for our patients
We want you to have as much information as possible about the care you'll receive in our hospital and what to expect before, during and after your time with us.
Information and resources
Our main campus consists of a hospital, outpatient facilities, specialty practices and several wellness, education and administrative departments throughout the greater Manchester area. We offer high-quality medical and surgical care, inpatient and outpatient services, diagnostic imaging and a 24/7 emergency department.
In preparation for your visit to our facility, an admissions registrar will prepare the necessary paperwork prior to your arrival. We will call you to obtain information, such as your name and address, as well as your insurance information. This call will be brief and will allow you to proceed directly to the appropriate department on your scheduled appointment day.
Other supportive resources we provide include:
Hospital medicine program
Hospitalists are physicians dedicated to the care of people staying in the hospital. These clinicians manage your needs and coordinate with specialists throughout your entire hospital stay. Hospitalists have completed training emphasizing the care of those suffering from acute illness.
Our hospitalists work closely as a team, so you may see more than one during your stay. A dedicated team of hospitalists means fewer interruptions in your care and around-the-clock physician availability.
Once admitted to the hospital, your hospital medicine team will coordinate your course of treatment during your hospital stay, including ordering diagnostic imaging studies and lab work. They will review all your tests and adjust your care based on your test results. Throughout your stay, they will continue to update you on your plan of care. At the time of discharge, one of our hospitalists will work with you to build a suitable plan for your future health needs.
Food services
Our cafeteria is constantly evolving, offering options that can curb your hunger and support your health. Our hospital cafeteria is a healthy, economical choice for savory meals and wholesome snacks.
We offer a spoken menu program, a personalized service giving you a wide range of choices at every meal. A nutrition ambassador takes meal orders on a tablet at the bedside and delivers the order to your room.
Special diet
Each order is prepared on an individual basis, just like a restaurant. If you are on a special diet, we can provide custom food recommendations and options. The nutrition services department is always available to answer your questions at (603) 663-6913.
